The Year So Far in Quant and Thematics: Mid-Year Performance Review 2024🌟      In the summer of 2024, our Solactive Research team has taken a closer look at the performance of various investment strategies in the first half of the year covering two main areas: Quant and Thematic.      Quant:   - Momentum led the way in both absolute and risk-adjusted returns, outperforming the benchmark every month except March and April.   - NVIDIA played a key role in returns, contributing heavily to Growth and the benchmark but less to Momentum.   - Minimum Downside Volatility stood out, with annualized volatility 30% lower than the benchmark.      Thematic:   - Metaverse was the top performer with strong risk-adjusted returns and a Sharpe ratio of just under 3.  - Themes including NVIDIA (Metaverse, AI, Nanotech) outperformed those without.       Read the full report here: https://lnkd.in/dXr5A33W      #InvestmentStrategies #Quant #Themes #NVIDIA #Momentum #Growth #Metaverse #AI #Nanotech #Solactive #MarketInsights
