#Focus_GrowthThatMatters Weledas Strategie bedeutet Wachstum mit Verantwortung. Die gestrige Generalversammlung der Weleda AG in Arlesheim war beeindruckend. Die Versammlung war geprägt von der außerordentlichen Transparenz und Offenheit gegenüber den Aktionären. Der Turnaround ist gelungen, die Ziele für die Zukunft sind ambitioniert. Für 2024 ist Weleda im Plan. Bis 2030 wird eine Verdopplung des Umsatzes angestrebt. Die neue CEO Tina Müller und ihr Team haben sich hohe und klare Ziele gesetzt, um das Potential der Weleda zu heben, die Marke zu hüten und gleichzeitig zu verjüngen. „Eine Marke, die nicht mit der Zeit geht, geht mit der Zeit.“ so Tina Müller in ihrer Ansprache an die Aktionäre. Finanziell ist das Unternehmen jetzt solide aufgestellt. Der CFO Raphael Savalle erläutert ausgiebig in sympathischem deutsch-französisch die Ertrags- und Bilanzkennzahlen. Weleda hat eine klare strategische Ausrichtung. Der Fokus liegt auf folgenden vier Feldern zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung. 1. Innovation 2. Internationalisierung 3. Digitalisierung 4. Premiumisierung Osteuropa und Nordamerika wurden als Wachstumsmärkte identifiziert. Künftig wird das E-Commerce-Geschäft kräftig ausgebaut. Der neue Onlineshop ist im Februar bereits erfolgreich gestartet. Wie man auf den folgenden Bildern sieht, wird die Kosmetikmarke Weleda modernisiert und es werden verstärkt jüngere Zielgruppen angesprochen. Die Marke wird künftig mehr in Richtung Premium gerückt, was der Einzigartigkeit der Inhaltsstoffe und Wirkstoffe besser Rechnung trägt. Die Transformation der Pharma Weleda, anthroposophische Arzneimittel, wird ebenfalls vorangetrieben. Hier sind die vier strategischen Felder: Innovation & Renovation, Digitalisierung, ausgewählte Märkte und Vertriebswege. Die Weleda ist auf einem guten Weg. Die Smart Equity AG ist mit Partizipationsscheinen (vergleichbar mit deutschen Vorzugsaktien) an der schweizerischen Weleda AG engagiert.
