Highlights from our 7P summer party 2024 ☀️ We look back on this year’s summer party at the beautiful WASSERMANNHALLE in Cologne. 200 colleagues from all locations gathered here to experience an unforgettable day together. The decorations were themed around the current European Championship, which instantly created a festive atmosphere. ⚽️🎉 The catering left nothing to be desired. Our guests enjoyed a wide variety of delicious food and beverages, ensuring everyone’s well-being. The DJs once again provided us with great beats and the best party sounds, keeping the dance floor busy until the evening hours. 🪩 A special thank you goes to Malin Gaweda for organising this wonderful event. Diversity Day: Our Commitment to Inclusion Today, we would like to draw attention to the importance of diversity and inclusion within our company. It’s a day to celebrate our differences and promote an inclusive workplace. In this context, we would like to provide a brief update on our Diversity Committee's progress. Since its inception, our team has been working hard towards creating a more inclusive environment. We are pleased to announce that one of our first milestones is already in sight: our Diversity Policy, inspired by the "Charta der Vielfalt," is nearing completion and we hope to share it with you soon. At the heart of our committee are our dedicated employees. They are the driving force behind this important work. 🌟 📦 Relocation in Portugal 📦 🌟 We are excited to announce the expansion and relocation of our Porto office, marking a significant milestone in our journey in Portugal! Since opening our doors in Portugal on 1 March 2023, we have not only thrived, but also expanded our team to 20 dedicated members. Thanks to the outstanding professionalism and cosmopolitan mindset of the local IT experts, our collaboration across international teams has been seamless and productive. Reiner Moser, Managing Director of Seven Principles Portugal, shared: “After one year, we are confident that expanding to Portugal was the right decision. The region offers excellent opportunities, and the local talent has been integral to our success.” To oversee and support the company's growth in Portugal, we have appointed Marco Lizardo, an experienced Portuguese manager with comprehensive knowledge of the local market, legislation and established networks within prominent universities in the northern region of the country. "Our new office is designed to support remote and flexible working arrangements for up to 120 team members, allowing us to be more agile and responsive to our clients' needs," said Marco. #Welcome on board! 🎉 Yesterday, we celebrated our Welcome Day at our Cologne office, welcoming new talents into the 7P family. Each of our new colleagues was paired with a personal buddy, who not only introduced them to our company structure, but also provided valuable insights into their respective teams and roles. The group lunch provided an excellent opportunity for colleagues to relax and network, allowing everyone to engage in conversation and gain a deeper understanding of each other's roles and responsibilities. 7P Voices on World Happiness Day 🍀 Today, we celebrate #WorldHappinessDay, a global initiative that reminds us to consider happiness as a fundamental aspect of our well-being and to be grateful for what we have. Let's focus on what brings us joy and fulfilment, not only in our personal but also in our professional lives. We invited our colleagues to share what aspects of their job bring them happiness.
