We're happy to introduce Katarina Bankovic, our new Working Student for Frontend Development. 🎉 Katarina completed her Masters in Architecture in Belgrade, Serbia, with an emphasis on conceptual and generative design. Her passion for human-centered design brought her to the Media Architecture program at Bauhaus-Universiät Weimar. She has always loved interdisciplinary approaches to solving problems and hopes to combine her love for design, human interaction, and programming to create unique, all-encompassing, yet clear programmatic solutions in different scenarios. At Sereact, she started by supporting the redesign of our website. Now, she's developing the user interface for our Sereact Pick and Place solution, exploring beyond frontend development. Katarina loves the learning opportunities at Sereact: "I don’t think there is any other place where I could have learned so quickly, where I’m constantly encouraged and allowed to tackle new tasks independently. The multidisciplinary environment at Sereact motivates me to learn more, to communicate, to collaborate, and not to keep myself and my knowledge in a box. Oh, and did I mention that we work with robots?!" Outside of work, Katarina is always on her toes, keeping her brain busy with personal projects, writing, and reading.
