These solutions have been used to review and improve policies, integrate enterprise perspectives, and raise awareness of SME needs. The Labs also strengthened networks, leading to new partnerships and collaborations, like SEI in Thailand and GIZ India’s EU REI project 🤝 📈 Even now participants continue to integrate enterprise needs into their work, driving policy development forward! We continue to share what we’ve learned from the past 5 years in #Ghana, #India, #Indonesia, #SouthAfrica, #Thailand, and #Uganda 🌱 The Practitioner Labs for Climate Finance (PLCF) brought together 573 participants from 341 organizations, including financial institutions and MSME ecosystem stakeholders, in a multi-step, collaborative process across target countries 🤝🌍 The Labs developed 26 financing solutions, with many participants continuing to advance these solutions post-Labs. We are proud of the past 5 years of empowering Eco-Inclusive Enterprises in #Ghana, #India, #Indonesia, #SouthAfrica, #Thailand, and #Uganda 🌱🌍 Through the Training of Trainers (ToT) workshops, 421 Business Development Service (BDS) providers have been equipped to support the growth of eco-inclusive enterprises in their regions. 🏆Rencontrez Village Solaire, finaliste des SEED #GreenEntrepreneurshipAwards2024 au #Maroc 👏 Basé à Essaouira, au Maroc, Village Solaire Essaouira est un pionnier du tourisme durable et des pratiques agricoles. Ils offrent des voyages éducatifs enrichissants, des hébergements locaux et des ateliers qui plongent les visiteurs dans la riche culture de la région tout en promouvant la durabilité environnementale. Village Solaire Essaouira autonomise les femmes en améliorant leurs compétences et en promouvant le reboisement des arganiers. Cette initiative a réduit l'inactivité des jeunes, sensibilisé 300 personnes locales et touristiques aux enjeux environnementaux, et créé des opportunités d'emploi pour 5 jeunes. Leurs efforts ont transformé le village en un centre de pratiques durables, dirigé par des jeunes femmes comme agents de changement.
