#OneTeam for a good cause 💙🤝 Our #SocialSummer gives us the opportunity to use one working day for volunteering work. This year, our focus is on projects centered around homelessness and diversity and all the teams in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich can take part until end of August. Some of our Scouts already put their hands to work, for example, by packing bags of food at Berliner Tafel e.V. or carrying out manual tasks in a youth center. What do they have in common? Our #DiversityWeek just took place recently and we are very grateful to our internal and external speakers who help us see the world from other perspectives. In doing so, we can better promote a more inclusive workplace where everyone can feel respected and appreciated for just the way they are. 🧡 Here are some of the highlights: 💥 Thanks to Susanne Feustel, specialist at the Kulturbüro Sachsen e.V., we are now more equipped to defend our stance on diversity and openness to the world even when it is challenged by right-wing positions. 💥 Our Scout Jess Reps explained how intentional design not only meets accessibility standards but also boosts workplace effectiveness and user satisfaction. For her, clarity in design can be used as a competitive advantage. 💥 Aline Freye from the Inklupreneur network and our Scout Konstanze gave insights on what living and working with autism and ADHD means for those affected and their allies. 💥 Volker Baisch, Founder & CEO of conpadres, discussed how to master work-life balance from a father's perspective. 💥 Our Scouts could take part in six VR workshops on depression in cooperation with the Robert-Enke-Stiftung. #WorkingAtScout24

Today our Annual General Meeting took place in Munich. All agenda items were approved by a large majority. Here are the most important results: ✅ 20% increased dividend of EUR 1.20 per share ✅ Entire Supervisory Board newly elected - Andrea Euenheim joins as new member ✅ Renewed authorization for further share buybacks In his speech, our CEO Tobias Hartmann talked about the strategic development of the successful three-sided marketplace and the comprehensive product portfolio for all market participants. On the occasion of German Diversity Day, we’re very pleased to share with you Scout24’s second annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Report for 2023! It serves as a comprehensive overview of our current DEI strategy, goals and future ambitions. In the last two years we have made great progress in strengthening the representation of women in the company, among other things: ✅ The proportion of women in our teams rose from 41 % in 2021 to 46 % in 2023. ✅ In the tech division, the proportion of women increased from 25 % to 30 %. ✅ We increased the number of new hires who are female to 50.5 %. By 2025 we aim to achieve gender parity across the entire company. In 2024, our focus is on promoting people with disabilities. We want to employ more people with disabilities and further improve the accessibility of our platforms. In addition, we aim to increase the proportion of women in management positions.
