𝗦𝗟𝗦 𝟯𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 SLS 3D printers have been in use at Rosenberger since 2017, enabling our in-house tooling department to produce high-quality components faster and more cost-effectively. The flexibility of selective laser sintering (SLS) enables us to produce complex geometries and functional components that would be challenging to achieve with conventional methods. This capability allows us to produce spare parts and low-volume production runs on-site, minimizing machine downtime and reducing production costs. Our investment in SLS printing underscores our commitment to continuous innovation and increased efficiency to meet the high demands of our global customers, ensuring our long-term competitiveness and market leadership. 𝗦𝗟𝗔 𝟯𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 Since 2017, Rosenberger has been using SLA 3D printing to optimize its manufacturing processes. By implementing seven SLA printers in our internal tooling department, we have been able to significantly speed up the production of prototypes and spare parts and further improve the quality of our components. Especially for the production of precise and high-quality surfaces, stereolithography (SLA) has proven to be an indispensable technology. This innovation helps us to maximize the efficiency of our production facilities and offer customized solutions to our customers. SLA 3D printing is therefore an important part of our strategy to complement traditional manufacturing processes and strengthen our position as a technology leader. ☀️🌲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 We have expanded our photovoltaic system at our headquarters in Fridolfing. The system supplies approx. 2.250.000 kWh of solar electricity per year, all of which we use in-house and saving almost 844 tons of CO2 per year. A special feature of the new PV system is that the structure, which also covers some of our parking spaces, is largely made of spruce-wood, a renewable material. Together with the local carpenter LECHNER HOLZBAU GmbH & Co.KG, our Energy, Building and Infrastructure department successfully implemented this project. This September, we were honored to welcome Rosenberger Group COO Jochen Ehrenberg on his first visit to Rosenberger Asia Pacific! His visit, alongside EVP Károly Schummer, focused on driving innovation, expanding markets, and optimizing production across our facilities in Beijing, Shanghai, Kunshan, and Changzhou. The upcoming Phase 2 expansion of the Changzhou factory will significantly boost our capacity to meet the growing demand in China’s e-mobility market.
