What a brilliant event!
I guess this this post no. 1.000.001 linked to the Insects to Feed the World 24 in Singapore. Nevertheless I would also like to take the chance to recap the last couple of days. First of all we have to acknowledge the amazing work that has been done by the committee to setup the event. Thank you Leo Wein, Martin Zorrilla, Cameron Richards, PhD & the entire team. Brilliant work! It was amazing to see over 600 professionals from all corners of the world coming together sharing knowledge, passion & commitment for the industry. It is very rare to see so much engagement and passion that drives the industry and I am more than sure that this will be a key factor for all of us to succeed with what we are doing. I am taking home with me that we are on the right way. We have insect business evolving worldwide. Small-, mid- and big scale. We are starting to understand it better in commercial scale and it starts to get profitable. I am more than happy to be part of it and representing REINARTZ – the origin of resources ento-connect IPIFF (International Platform of Insects for Food and Feed) North American Coalition for Insect Agriculture & AFFIA: ASIAN FOOD & FEED INSECT ASSOCIATION Looking forward to our next big thing in Torino Laura Gasco
