Our team is spread across different cities, working in various departments, and often getting caught up in the day-to-day business. Therefore, offsites provide an amazing opportunity to really strengthen interpersonal relationships across teams and geographies. 🌍 At this offsite, we again organised several cool activities for our team spirit, including our football match with mixed teams across all levels, a sticker album from STICKERSTARS including trade fairs, cooking sessions, and a football-themed fun fair! 🎊 We intentionally mix groups for activities such as car drives, cooking together, and even cleaning up together, to really encourage the exchange within new groups and to integrate newer team members. ✨ Sounds so good you want to join? 🚀⚽️ 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬! 🌟📒 Who doesn't remember the joy of filling up sticker albums as a kid? We've brought that nostalgic feeling back to Prematch with our own STICKERSTARS album, featuring individual photos of team members, offsite memories and group photos of the whole #teamprematch. As soon as the stickers were handed out at our offsite, everyone immediately started trading. These little stickers sparked intense negotiations at our trade fairs and lots of laughter. There were even attempts to strike 1-for-3 deals and rumour has it some stickers were even stolen - but in the end, everyone managed to complete their album. 🎉 This initiative was more than just fun – it brought us together and created a memory we'll all cherish. 🌟 𝐖𝐫𝐚𝐩-𝐮𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐙𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐍 🌟 #teamprematch was in Berlin last weekend for the finals of LASS ZOCKEN right in front of the Reichstag in Berlin as part of our partnership with adidas. We got a sneak peek at the UEFA EURO2024 finals ball and watched the final game in which the LASS ZOCKEN Allstars, managed by Prematch, won the title against the adidas Allstars! From Munich to Berlin, this journey has been all about adidas' mission to bring back #FUSSBALLLIEBE across Germany. Huge props to everyone who made every moment count and really brought the love for football back to Germany!
