Unsere Smart Patch Platform – Puzzle your Patch! Die Selbstüberwachung der eigenen Gesundheit rückt immer mehr in den Fokus der Gesellschaft. Derzeit fehlt es aber an Tools, um die eigene Gesundheit kontinuierlich und komfortabel überwachen zu können. Und hier kommt pheal ins Spiel – mit unserer Smart Patch Plattform ermöglichen wir körpertragbare, kontinuierlich messenden Sensorik, eingebettet in ein Smart Patch („intelligentes Pflaster“). Dies ermöglicht die kontinuierliche Erfassung von nicht nur einem, sondern mehreren Gesundheits- oder Fitness-Parametern gleichzeitig. Einmal aufgebracht, misst das jeweilige Patch die Parameter automatisch und überträgt diese auf das Smartphone, so dass der Nutzer jederzeit den Stand des jeweiligen Parameters abrufen kann. Dies ermöglicht: 📈 Kontinuierliche Daten – statt nur einen Wert als Messergebnis zu erhalten, kann der Nutzer einen Verlauf erkennen und somit Trends ableiten. Dies eröffnet in Zukunft zudem die Möglichkeit des Einsatzes von künstlicher Intelligenz zur Auswertung dieser Daten. 📊 Multiparametrische Messung – statt nur einem einzelnen Parameter, kann gleichzeitig die Überwachung mehrerer Parameter erfolgen. Dies ermöglicht ein ganzheitlicheres Bild des Gesundheitszustands. ☺ Komfort – einmal aufgebracht, misst das Patch die jeweiligen Parameter automatisch. Das Patch ist so aufgebaut, dass es für den Nutzer angenehm zu tragen ist und somit gar nicht wahrgenommen wird. Wir freuen uns hierbei über die Unterstützung durch Mittel des Europäischen Fonds für Regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) und des Landes Niedersachsen.

Novadocs und pheal vereint vor allem eins - ❤️-gesundheit. 👴👵 Unsere Gesellschaft wird immer älter, Erkrankungen des Herzens nehmen stark zu. Es braucht neue Mittel und Wege in unserer Gesundheitsversorgung, um die wachsende Zahl der Patienten betreuen zu können. ❗️Und vor allem braucht es eins - mehr 𝐏𝐫ä𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐤𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐯𝐞𝐫ä𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐧. 💪 novadocs GmbH und 💙pheal setzen auf #Prävention und #Eigeninitiative der Patienten. Das Ziel - durch das Monitoring zentraler Biomarker kritische Gesundheitsveränderungen frühzeitig erkennen und stoppen. Uns ist klar - die #KI kann hier nich alle Probleme lösen. Die persönliche Betreuung ist und bleibt in der Medizin ein wichtiger Faktor. Dr. Flottmann löst mit seinem Team bei den Novadocs mit der App #Smartcor ein großes Problem: zwar können unsere heutigen, smarten Begleiter wie die Aplle Watch inzwischen zuverlässig ein Vorhofflimmern erkennen - was aber tun, wenn die Meldung kommt? Auf einen Termin beim Kardiologen wartet man gut und gerne 6 Monate. Smartcor verschafft Abhilfe: nach Übermittlung eines EKGs, wie es z.B. die Apple Watch aufzeichnet, erhält man innerhalb von 48 Stunden eine kardiologische Bewertung.
