A week after the opening of PATRIZIA's international hub in London, it was the turn of Hamburg for its official office launch event! PATRIZIA CEO Asoka Wöhrmann, PATRIZIA Founder Wolfgang Egger and PATRIZIA CFO Christoph Glaser were in attendance to celebrate the latest office to be created with 'New Work' principles in place. "We started our 'New Work' strategy with the reorganisation of our new offices in Frankfurt and Luxembourg during the pandemic," Asoka commented. "And we are continuing to do so in today's difficult market environment, with London and Hamburg." The New Work concept champions the importance of a modern working environment to boost employee satisfaction and motivation, and therefore support PATRIZIA's long-term success. Wolfgang shared: "New Work requires more than just modern offices and technologies. It requires a new attitude that promotes flexibility, creativity and collaboration." We look forward to advancing our work in our new Hamburg office in Sprinkenhof! #PATRIZIA #NewWork #Hamburg #OfficeOpening #NewWork #MakinganImpact

PATRIZIA is passionate about developing the next generation of talent. One forum in which this focus is explored is through its NextGen employee resource group which each PATRIZIAn up to the age of 35 is encouraged to take part in. And last week saw the conclusion of the inaugural NextGen Challenge which saw 40 NextGens work with senior leaders (SteerCo members) and internal trainers on a series of work-related problem statements and, through the application of design thinking, come up with solutions which were presented in London to our management. The Challenge left our senior management impressed with the level of detail and great solutions the NextGen developed. Likewise, our NextGens were enthusiastic about their impact on the future success of the company. The initiative facilitated cross-functional collaboration, the opportunity for younger colleagues to share their thoughts directly with PATRIZIA’s leaders, and the development of ideas with the potential to enhance the business. But don’t take our word for it, watch the below video with NextGen Challenge coordinator, Annette Rausch, internal trainer, Marc-Sebastian Depta, and NextGens, Rebecca Doll and Neerav G., sharing their summary and reflections on the experience.
