🚨 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 🚨 As many of you already know, 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 (𝗨𝗔) 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟯𝟲𝟬 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝘀𝘁. After this date, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗔 𝗨𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁, and 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗨𝗜 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱. This impacts all data feeding reports outside of UA Properties. For instance, if you have any data visualization tools directly connected to UA Properties, the data in these reports will no longer be accessible. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂? You still have time to save your historical UA data and export specific reports. Here are your options: 1️⃣ 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Connect your UA 360 properties to BigQuery. Enabling BigQuery export from a UA View allows a 13-month data backfill, storing up to 14 months of raw UA data. 2️⃣ 𝗨𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗣𝗜: Use the UA Reporting API to export any KPIs, metrics, and dimensions available in the UA interface in a pre-aggregated format. 3️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Export standard or custom reports manually. Google offers several formats: CSV, PDF, Excel, Google Sheets, etc. This applies to any reports outside UA that are directly connected to UA Properties. Ensure all important reports are exported by the responsible parties before data loss. Additionally, if your Google Ads setup includes any Audiences and Conversions based on UA data, migrate these to GA4 Imports as soon as possible. 📣 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: Communicate this information internally to ensure important reports are saved and settings are updated.
