Our highlight of the year is just around the corner!   On Oct 10, we will welcome the startups of our 4C community together with a wide range of partners from our network to the ✨ 4C Unplugged 2024 ✨ hosted at the Amazon Development Center in Tübingen.   In the sense of "unplugged", our goal is to create an event where like-minded people who want to drive #healthcare innovation can come together – away from digital communication, at eye level and in a relaxed but engaging atmosphere.   40 #MedTech startups from all over Germany and beyond followed our invitation. Still overwhelmed by this number, we look forward to welcoming you to our annual networking event #4CUnplugged!

Extending the #simulation-based course content with #biomechanics of #intramedullary nailing and plate #osteosynthesis as well as subtrochanteric fractures, we are very proud to supply the AO Trauma Deutschland course in #Halle. Thanks alot to the scientific lead of Philipp Kobbe, Prof. Dr. med. Thomas Mendel and Gunther O. Hoffmann for developing the course format with us!

#HPC capacity on demand is needed for our #digitaltwins for #orthopedics. We are very happy to partner with HLRS - High-Performance Computing Center Stuttgart for using the impressive #tech and joining the network of decades of #simulation expertise. Thank you Andreas Wierse and Murat Malyemez for the walkabout and onboarding!

Our colleagues at BG-Unfallklinik Tübingen used our #bonehealing #simulation for post-operative assessment of fractures at risk for #nonunion based on available clinical and radiographic information. Next steps are moving the method to a large cohort with biologically challenging cases for further validation. Congrats to Prof. Dr. med. Tina Histing, apl. Prof. Dr. med.
