Mein Fokus liegt auf den Launch-Kampagnen. Sobald wir eine neue Stadt launchen, bewerbe ich diese. Danach erstelle ich Werbeanzeigen, arbeite mit Nelson und Sarah an Kampagnen und koordiniere Informationen für zukünftige Launches.“ Was braucht man in diesem Beruf? „Eine Affinität für Zahlen und Kreativität. Flexibilität ist wichtig, um auf Trends und Entwicklungen schnell zu reagieren.“ Was Julia an ihrem Job liebt: „Jeder Tag ist anders. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team und der internationale Austausch mit dem UK- und NL-Team machen Spaß. His Journey to NeoTaste: "I saw an ad on Instagram and joined NeoTaste within two weeks, right before Christmas. My first week was packed with onboarding and ended with the Christmas party in Berlin, which was an awesome start to my NeoTaste adventure! I started as a Sales Rep and have been the Sales Team Lead in the Netherlands since June." 🌟 What is it like to be the Team Lead in the NL? "My day starts with meetings with my team. Every week, we also have a call with the sales leads from different countries. I have 1-on-1 chats with my team members to discuss their progress and goals. Plus, I’m still actively signing new partners. It's a challenging role, but it’s super rewarding to see the team hitting their goals." You’ve got promoted - How do people also become a good Sales Representative? "To be a good sales rep, you need to understand human interaction. People like to talk to people. You’ll be more successful if you’re not just another 'sales' person, but a neutral 'advisor' looking to see if you can help each other out. Wekelijks hebben we ook een call met alle sales leads uit verschillende landen. Ik heb 1-op-1 chats met mijn teamleden om hun voortgang en doelen te bespreken. Daarnaast blijf ik nog steeds bezig met het aansluiten van nieuwe partners. Het is een uitdagende rol, maar super tof om te zien hoe het team zijn doelen haalt. Je bent gepromoveerd - Hoe word je een goede Sales Representative?  Om een goede sales rep te worden, moet je menselijk contact begrijpen. Mensen praten graag met mensen. Je bent succesvoller als je niet alleen maar een 'verkoper' bent, maar een neutrale 'adviseur' die kijkt of je elkaar kunt helpen. NeoTaste Team Event: NeoLympics and Boat Tour – An Unforgettable Weekend in Berlin! 🚀 Last weekend, the NeoTaste team had the wonderful opportunity to gather for a special event in Berlin. Colleagues from three different countries came together to enjoy a weekend filled with team spirit, fun, and unforgettable experiences. Friday kicked off with the exciting NeoLympics. Eight groups competed at eight different stations. The games ranged from skill tests to creative challenges, showcasing not only our competitive skills but also our team spirit. The enthusiasm and laughter were omnipresent, and it was impressive to see everyone giving their best while having a lot of fun. In the evening, the top teams were honored with a shared meal and drinks. Saturday's highlight was the boat tour on the Spree River. This was an activity we enjoyed last year as well, but with our team's growth, we needed a larger boat this time. At this rate, we might need a cruise ship next year! With beautiful weather, we admired Berlin's sights from the water and enjoyed the time in a relaxed atmosphere. To cap off the weekend, we gathered for a public viewing of the Euro 2024 match between Germany and Denmark. The thrilling victory by Germany was the perfect end to an amazing team event, bringing everyone together in celebration and excitement. This event was a wonderful opportunity to get to know our international team members better and celebrate the strong bond within our team.
