Mit dem Ziel, Intelligenz in Industrieroboter zu bringen, wurde Mech-Mind im Oktober 2016 gegründet und legt den Schwerpunkt auf Robotik und Computer-Vision, indem es kostengünstige und stabile KI 3D-Vision-Lösungen für Kunden in Logistik und Fertigung anbietet. Wir sind in Peking (R&D) und Shanghai (Vertrieb und Einsatz) ansässig, haben ein weiteres Büro in Shenzhen und eine Niederlassung in München, Deutschland. Mech-Mind Robotics hat seine intelligenten Industrieroboterlösungen u.a. bereits in Werken der Automobil-, Haushalts-, Stahl- und Lebensmittelindustrie sowie in Logistikzentren, Banken und Krankenhäusern, eingesetzt.     Do you know that the complex structures of workpieces can significantly affect the accuracy and efficiency of inspection across various industries, such as consumer electronics, EV battery, and automotive? Empowered by its revolutionary single-shot HDR function, the Mech-Eye LNX series, our ultra-high precision 3D laser profilers, excel in overcoming this challenge by handling surfaces with varying degrees of reflectivity. In real-world applications, workpieces are often made of composite materials. Traditional profilers with timed exposure modes require capturing multiple images at different exposure levels and combining them to create a single HDR image. However, since objects are detected in motion, the multi-exposure process can cause misalignment between images, reducing the quality of point clouds and lowering the sensor's acquisition frame rate. This misalignment negatively impacts measurement accuracy and increases cycle time.
