Reflecting on an incredible event at the world's greatest 24-hour race, organized for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. Our team at M&C Travel Events worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless experience for 120 customers from 16 countries, alongside Bosch employees. The meticulous coordination of flights, shuttles, and transfers and accommodations demonstrated our commitment to excellence. From the welcome desk to the race days, every detail was carefully planned and executed. Francesca delle Ville, European Communication Manager at Robert Bosch GmbH, was our main point of contact. She shared, "The experience of event preparation with M&C Travels has been good and well structured. We had regular alignment and exchanges which allowed a smooth preparation. The responsible account persons were always fast in reacting to our requests and of great support. One of the highlights was the personalized attention given to each participant, ensuring a unique and memorable experience. From the first day, starting with the welcome desk to the presentations area to the dinner, everything was smoothly organized. The race days were particularly enjoyable and left a lasting impression." Despite the challenges, such as last-minute weather-related adjustments, our team's swift problem-solving ensured the event's success.
