Our product range includes a variety of test benches that are specially tailored to the needs of our customers. One of these products is the burst pressure test stand. We offer this burst test stands either with a square or cylindrical test chamber. Moreover, we offer even stand-alone burst test chambers for your very own integration.     Our burst pressure test stand is characterized by the following technical specifications:    Pressure: up to 2,500 bar   Liquid: water   Volume: up to 900l  Diameter: up to 1,200 mm   Length: up to 4,500 mm   Pressure increase: controllable   Temperature: 20° ± 5°C     Optional:   • Length, diameter, volume, temperature measurement   • High speed recording          You can find an overview of our test stands at:    https://lnkd.in/eNjwgYzH     

Auf dem Weg zum grünen Wasserstoff: Wasserstoff bietet, bei nachhaltiger Erzeugung,  Potenziale, um die Welt durch eine Senkung von CO2 Ausstößen, zum Beispiel im Transportsektor, grüner zu machen.    Deswegen lautet unsere Mission: Wir wollen den Markthochlauf und die Etablierung von Wasserstoff durch notwendige Prüfanlagen für Druckbehälter sicher ermöglichen.    ----------    On the way to green hydrogen:  With sustainable production, hydrogen offers potential to make the world greener by reducing CO2 emissions, for example in the transport sector.  That's why our mission is to safely enable the market ramp-up and establishment of hydrogen through the necessary testing possibilities for hydrogen composite pressure vessels.  

The use case of the Maximator VETEQ Leak Test Stand is the leak test at the end of the production process of hydrogen composite pressure vessels. National and international regulations as well as customer specifications mandate end-of-line leak testing to ensure performance and safety of every vessel. The leak test is performed with a tracer gas which allows fast and accurate integral testing in a vacuum or accumulation chamber. During testing, the vessels will be safely pressurized to nominal working pressure and the tracer gas is recovered during depressurization. The Maximator VETEQ Leak Test Stand is divided into 3 sizes to fit all commonly produced vessel sizes. Based on the vessel dimensions and later application, customers can configure the proven modular design in the sizes S, M or L. ---------- Der Anwendungsfall des Maximator VETEQ-Dichtheitsprüfstandes ist die Dichtheitsprüfung am Ende des Produktionsprozesses von Wasserstoff-Druckbehältern. Nationale und internationale Vorschriften sowie Kundenspezifikationen schreiben Dichtheitsprüfungen am Ende der Produktionslinie vor, um die Leistung und Sicherheit jedes Behälters zu gewährleisten. Die Dichtheitsprüfung wird mit einem Spürgas durchgeführt, das eine schnelle und genaue integrale Prüfung in einer Vakuum- oder Akkumulationskammer ermöglicht. Während der Prüfung werden die Behälter sicher bis zum Betriebsdruck bedrückt und das Spürgas wird bei der Druckentlastung zurückgewonnen. Der Maximator VETEQ-Dichtheitsprüfstand ist in 3 Größen unterteilt, die für alle gängigen Behältergrößen geeignet sind. Basierend auf den Gefäßabmessungen und der späteren Anwendung können Kunden das bewährte modulare Design in den Größen S, M oder L konfigurieren.
