Good news for patients and our network of Apollo TMS providers in Florida. Florida Blue / Lucet, one of the largest insurance companies in the state of Florida, has announced changes in coverage policy for #TMS therapy for patients with #Depression. This change enables earlier access to TMS services for patients who have not been helped by antidepressant medication treatment. Previously, to be eligible for funding for TMS treatment, patients would have needed to undergo 4 unsuccessful medication treatments. However, this requirement has now been reduced to 2, and patients no longer need to have received psychotherapy treatment to access TMS. Wir sind erfreut, wieder als Aussteller am diesjährigen DGPPN - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, Psychosomatik und Nervenheilkunde-Kongress teilgenommen zu haben – dem bedeutendsten Ereignis für die Psychiatrie in Deutschland! Dieses Jahr war das Thema: Ökologische Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie. Mit Fachleuten aus der gesamten Region gab es zahlreiche spannende Gespräche, darunter ein Workshop zum Neurofeedback von Neurofeedback-Expertin Beatrix Barth (Universität Tübingen). 🗓️ Ihr Workshop wird morgen, am Samstag, den 2. Dezember stattfinden und das faszinierende Thema 'Neurofeedback - eine verhaltenstherapeutische Technik zur Selbstregulation von Gehirnaktivität und Verhalten' behandeln. 🧠 Prof. Frank Padberg und Prof Christian Plewnia haben ebenfalls einen beeindruckenden Workshop über die Anwendung von TMS in der klinischen Praxis am heutigen Freitag gehalten. 👨🔬👩⚕️ Es war großartig, unsere Kollegen, Kunden und Mitaussteller in dieser winterlichen Berliner Woche zu treffen!
