In addition to Röko AB, the ATEMAG managers Maximilian Schmidt and Sebastian Herkert as well as other key members of the management hold shares in the holding company. ATEMAG is Röko AB’s first acquisition in Germany and represents the 26th business unit that Röko has acquired in Europe since Röko AB was founded in 2019. Lupp Partner advised Maguar Capital Partners, a German tech investor specializing in B2B software investments in the DACH region, on its majority investment in shyftplan, a leading SaaS provider for workforce management. The investment, which includes a roll-over from the founder and management team, as well as certain existing shareholders (Unternehmertum Venture Capital Partners GmbH and Deutsche Invest Technology GmbH), marks the third investment for Maguar Fund II. Founded in 2012, shyftplan is a leading workforce management software with high profile enterprise customers such as Siemens Energy, ZF, Krones, Mercedes-Benz and Bosch. Maguar's majority investment will focus on further accelerating shyftplan's organic growth and supporting the company's ambition to become the leading workforce management software provider for the German industrial sector.
