#LHGAppInsights alert 🔔 Introducing our latest enhancement to the #LHGAppInsights series: eJournals integration in the Lufthansa Group App. Here’s what you can expect: ⚙ Flexible download: You can download eJournals starting from 100 hours before the scheduled departure of your first flight, up until the last day of your journey. ⚙ Seamless access: The eJournals teaser is pinned to the bottom area of the Trip Assistant, ensuring easy access throughout your entire journey. ⚙ Personalized access: For single-passenger bookings, the link leads directly to your personal eJournals library. For multi-passenger bookings, simply choose the respective passenger from a dropdown menu and proceed to the personal eJournals library for this passenger. ⚙ Read offline: From the eJournals library, you can download your preferred magazines to your device and read them even when you are not connected to the Internet. Digital Hangar at Figma Config 2024: Innovations, Inspirations, and Insights 🎨 Our dedicated UX colleagues attended Figma Config 2024 in downtown San Francisco, one of the biggest design conferences on the northern west coast. They connected with industry leaders and learned about Figma's exciting new features and future product developments. Key Takeaways: ➡ AI innovations🤖 Figma's upcoming features include AI-powered tools for creating prototypes, auto-naming layers, and intelligent copy suggestions, enhancing efficiency and creativity. ➡ Inspiration beyond the office Multiple sessions emphasized the importance of spending time outdoors to stay fresh and creative, crucial for maintaining mental health in the digital ecosystem. ➡ Empathy in design During the keynotes, designers highlighted the business benefits of WCAG (#Accessibility) and the need to improve how we communicate its importance to stakeholders. ➡ Courage in storytelling The final day featured inspiring talks from creators who emphasized that even small ideas can become great with persistence, a willingness to learn from failure, and a get-it-done attitude. Recap of the Digital Hangar Skilling Days 🌟 Last month, we hosted an amazing Skilling Days event at our Digital Hub in Frankfurt, bringing together 150 colleagues from diverse Communities of Practice (CoPs) from multiple locations. 🌏   It was two days dedicated to interactive workshops, knowledge exchange, and collaborative growth, crucial for fostering a supportive environment where teams learn from each other.  Our COO, Samanta Boero, kicked off the event with insightful introduction setting the stage for a series of engaging sessions. The members of the CoP’s led dynamic workshops that encouraged learning and best practice sharing across teams and disciplines.
