Ratzlaff, Valerie Bader, Urs Hardekopf, Isabella Rosier! Nothing beats the energy of connecting in person with our customers and partners. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬: 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐙:  Traditional frequent flyer programs often miss the mark for Gen Z. Airlines need to provide value through everyday interactions and lifestyle experiences. 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬: Today’s travelers seek personalized and sustainable experiences. Leveraging zero-party data can create meaningful loyalty interactions.     🎉 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 & 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 🎉  Our team just wrapped up an exciting day at the Loyalty and Awards event in Bangkok, organized by Global Flight. There, we dove deep into the world of loyalty fraud with a packed session of 55 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐩-𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬. In our interactive workshop, “𝐋𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝: 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐤?”, we journeyed through real-world cases, detecting signs of fraud in a loyalty program landscape. With enthusiasm high, each group followed in Frauderik’s footsteps, uncovering hidden fraud traps along the way! A huge shoutout to our winning team, who detected a jaw-dropping 37 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 of fraud—Frauderik had no chance of hiding from them! 🔍 Other groups also impressed, identifying numerous cases as they collaborated and shared insights. This lively session underscored the critical importance of staying one step ahead of loyalty fraudsters.     A smooth Take-Off on LMS for Alaska Airlines ✈😃 We are pleased to announce that, last month we reached a significant milestone with the successful deployment of our Loyalty Management Suite as the new backbone of Mileage Plan, #AlaskaAirlines' loyalty program.   We won the bid in the summer of 2022 based on our strong track record in #OracleSiebel replacement projects, our unique data migration expertise, and our SaaS loyalty platform powered by #AWS. As part of its growth strategy for Mileage Plan, Alaska Airlines needed to move to a modern, cloud-based loyalty solution that would improve the user experience and speed time to market for new loyalty features. In addition, from a technical perspective, scalability and efficiency to respond more flexibly to new technical and security requirements were key factors in the decision to sunset the existing Oracle Siebel platform. After signing the contract in late 2022, the Alaska Airlines and LPS teams immediately started their first joint workshops. After an intensive and productive collaboration over the last few months, we successfully completed the go-live at the beginning of September.   We would like to thank Alaska Airlines for their trust and great cooperation! We are looking forward to the short and long-term future. 🚀
