With over 20 years of engineering experience, Paul has successfully led teams in Reliability, Data, Security and Developer Productivity in various industries - from financial services to e-commerce. At lemon.markets, Paul will spearhead the Technology Foundations domain being responsible for planning, delivering and operating our core platform capabilities. And next, welcoming another member of our Engineering Team: Ashish Arora is joining us as Engineering Manager in the Post Trade and Operations Tooling domain. With over a decade of experience as a backend engineer and having held previous leadership roles across FinTech and HRTech, Ashish brings a strong mix of technical and management skills. In his new role, he will drive key initiatives related to settlement cycles, custody and Data Warehouse architecture - ultimately all focused on enhancing both customer experience and system reliability.
