What does it take to bring a team together beyond the confines of the office? Last Friday, some of our colleagues participated in the annual company run held in the city of Lüdenscheid. Covering a 6 km roundcourse, each runner demonstrated remarkable spirit. The route presented its challenges, but every participant reached the finish line safely, showcasing individual perseverance. This event was more than just a run; it was an opportunity for our colleagues to bond, encourage each other, and celebrate our shared achievements. Thanks to our cooperation with the sensor manufacturer Kistler Group, we are delighted to be exhibiting at the FIP in Lyon from 3 to 7 June. Together with our project partners Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, EMDE MouldTec, WACKER and ERS-Kaelte, we will be presenting our new servo-electric dosing system at the Kistler stand F42-G41. The SilcoStar E-Drive is a servo-electrically driven LSR dosing system with a variably adjustable mixing ratio for the production of liquid silicone moulded parts. The E-Drive is suitable for use in medical technology, among other applications. We are very pleased about the joint appearance with our partners.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.    We support our employees not only with their physical fitness, but also specifically with their mental health. 🧠💪 Mental Health First Aid-Ersthelfer have been trained for this purpose. They can now act as the first point of contact for mental health problems and provide suitable advice and resources. With this measure, we also want to create awareness and ensure that the hurdle for such help is low - because mental health is just as important as physical health! 💪💖
