We served Koralo’s New F!sh fillets for 800 people at Future Food-Tech in San Francisco & were out quicker than we could fetch some ourselves! 🐠😋 A big thank you to Executive Chef David Hollands and his team at the Marriot Marquis hotel who made Koralo’s New F!sh fillets with a delightful Chimichurri salsa 🧑🏼🍳😍 It was fantastic to meet so many great people and start building partnerships for positive impact on people and our oceans 🌊🤝 Can’t wait to build these partnerships to offer millions more delicious New F!sh - in the US and beyond 🇺🇸🚀
