Project Manager (Engineering)
We are looking for a project manager for a permanent position in the Aalen region.

Your responsibility would extend from the project planning phase through development to serial production in international customer projects. You will also define new products and further develop the existing portfolio as part of product responsibility and product strategy.
Tasks
• Participation in the acquisition phase of projects
• Creation of concepts, specifications and offers including support in developing system requirements on the customer side
• Handling of international projects based on agreed time, cost and performance frameworks
• Conducting project planning and milestone tracking
• Project team leadership and subcontractor management
• Collaboration with internal and external partners and customers
• Delivering presentations and reporting within the group of companies as well as externally to customers and suppliers
• Introducing new products based on technical possibilities, customer needs and market developments
• Clarification of technical implementations taking into account alternative procedures (make-or-buy decision)
• Development of product life cycles including appropriate service and logistics concepts
• Analyzing marketing alternatives and competing products
Profile
• Completed engineering degree (physics, electrical engineering, precision engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable)
• Multiple years of experience in project management and in leading project teams
• Good PC skills (MS Office, project management tools, SAP)
• Planning skills, a confident demeanor and the ability to work in a team
• Results-oriented, structured and cooperative way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills, knowledge of French would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
