Japanese-German Center Berlin | JDZB hat dies direkt geteilt
Still searching...! 💫 We look forward to receiving applications from well-organized, positive-minded people with a high level of energy who are "all in" to support Kenji Matsumoto and me in fulfilling our manifold tasks fostering Japanese-German and international relations in the areas of politics, business, culture, science and society. We have countless exciting projects ahead of us in the near future! Tasks include organizational matters such as preparing meetings, feeding the MS Teams planner and writing minutes as well as drafting greetings and researching background information, organizing networking events, receiving international guests, collaborating with our interns and communicating with stakeholders and partners as well as internally with our wonderful, diverse team of around 25 people - mainly in German, but a good knowledge of Japanese would be an advantage. The main place of work is the Japanese-German Center Berlin | JDZB in Berlin-Dahlem to keep our backs free there. I would describe myself as probably quite impatient 🙈, but a positive thinking person with lots of ideas, so I really hope to find a passionate person who shares our vision and is willing to take on the challenge to work with us to take the JDZB to the #NextLevel. Please get in touch if this sounds interesting to you. This is the official job announcement: https://lnkd.in/eMGYiNZE. #Hiring
