𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲?  I like to start my days early so I have time to read my mails and plan my schedule before the rest of the team starts. Usually, I spent 2-3 days in the office and the rest in home office. During the day I have several meetings and planning sessions for our events all over the globe. In between I use my focus time to obtain offers, conduct negotiations, and conceptualize new events for imc.    𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗰 𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹?  imc has a very open-minded culture with lived flat hierarchies.
