EXTRAORDINARY WOMEN EVENTS POWERED BY BEASTPINK! 💕 On the occasion of the redesign of our BeastPink line for active women, we organized spectacular events in Greece 🇬🇷 and Bulgaria . In Greece, we aimed for the perfect experience on the idyllic Batis Beach 🏖️. The event commenced with sunset yoga 🧘🏻♀️, followed by a full-body workout 🤸, culminating in inspirational conversations with our Greek influencers. Immense gratitude goes to our Greek GymBeam goddesses 👑—Maria Arabatzani, Nefeli Gkoni, and Myrto Kritsova—who pour their hearts into their work, a sentiment palpably felt at the event. 🫶🏻 In Bulgaria, we chose the gym as our destination, which we also consider our second home 🏋🏼♀️. The program included a barre workout, a boxing workout 🥊, and an intense workout 💦, each crafted for the participants. Similar to the event in Greece, we concluded with engaging discussions. Miloš enjoys being around people, fostering a positive atmosphere within his team, and looking for opportunities for creative self-expression. Monitoring these factors is crucial as we strive to sustain our positive impact into the future. 💪🏻 Here are some highlights from this year's report: ⬇️ 🤝 Achieved an 18% promotion probability (managerial level only). ☝🏻Maintained a 13% lower gender pay gap compared to market standards. 📚Increased investment in employee education by an impressive 124%. With a 66% increase in revenue, we also:  🌱 Reduced carbon emissions by 36%. 💦Lowered water consumption by 21%. ⚡Cut down energy consumption by 10%. In today's world, producing ESG reports is important and crucial. 💯 Although it is not mandatory for us at the moment, we have already begun creating these reports on an annual basis. We do this to improve our performance metrics and to openly share our data with you.
