The #semiconductor industry is constantly facing new challenges! cts offers comprehensive solutions! #FOSB packaging For the packaging process, we have developed the fully automatic solution, the #AutoBaggingTool "ABT". The packaging machine, test chamber, robots and all other components are placed in a compact cell. This has an infeed conveyor for the unpackaged FOSB and an outfeed conveyor for the packaged #FOSB. The system significantly increases throughput and offers a considerable increase in quality and safety during packaging. It is also possible to pack different #FOSBs without changing the setup. This leads to additional enormous time savings and makes the #ABT perfect for high throughputs. FOSB storage in the Smart Warehouse (Mini or Big) The #FOSBs can be stored in our Smart Warehouse. Different variants of our solutions allow us to tailor them to your needs. The significant reduction in store floor occupancy saves valuable space in the production area – by gaining full traceability and flexibility. Transport solutions using #AMR We have various AMRs of different load capacities and base vehicle manufacturers in our portfolio and develop individual solutions for you. Our #sloXis® middleware makes it easy to use several AMRs, some from different manufacturers. Cleanroom bridging with the AMR #CRT This #AMR has an OnBoard Cleanroom ISO3 Ready with controllable FilterFanUnit. The perfect transporter for sensitive products, e.g. wafer boxes. When building our new production site at our headquarters in Burgkirchen/Alz, we paid particular attention to the issue of sustainability. The entire roof surface was fitted with a photovoltaic system, which supplies the heat pumps and the fleet of electric cars with power.
