Lidl is one of many grocers hopping on the trend and its latest initiatives highlight the shift in mindset. 🔋 Lidl's Initiatives: Germany: Installing charging infrastructure at warehouse locations, with plans to start using electric trucks for store deliveries from 2025. The Netherlands: Already uses 10 e-trucks for store deliveries with an additional 5 e-trucks to join the fleet this year. Poland: Introduced the first 100% electric, 40-ton truck with an e-trailer in the country. France: Deployed its first green hydrogen truck with a 400 km range.
