Had a blast at #RuhrSummit with Yeda (former YoniCore)! 🎉 Yesterday, Yair Kira and I hit up the Digital Health Townhall by BRYCK.COM and 10xD at RuhrSummit in Bochum and it was super cool to meet so many other innovators and thinkers in the health and impact startup world. Big thanks to BRYCK.COM for bringing us into their health booster program. It gave us an awesome platform to show off what we’re working on and helped us connect with great people. It was great seeing you again Philippa Köhnk, Larissa Gajewski, Jacqueline K. and the rest of the team! 💛 Loved the deep dives into health tech’s future and got some great feedback on our focus on pelvic floor health. It’s clear there's a lot of interest in pushing the envelope in women's health tech. It was especially great hearing Audrey Tsang‘s personal journey, and the way Clue is evolving. We also believe in working together with our community to advance and close the gaps in research of women's health, with a focus on letting the community decide what is valuable for them. We were also thrilled of winning the Bye, Bye Genius pitch contest and extend our membership with BRYCK and get a brand consultation as prize! The amazing jury consisting of Nora Breuker, Arman Marvani and 🚀 Gregor Paul Tischbierek were absolutely not able to guess what we are doing based on our name, logo and finally also the prototype. But we have to admit that we liked the pear and nutrition approach 😅 So grateful for the chance to share our story and learn from others. The connections we've made are not just great but super aligned with our mission to support women's health. Finally back at the office after fruitful and instance days at Viva Technology and ruhrSUMMIT. Going out there and meeting dozens of people, talking about our mission of bringing the first smart bra for the pelvic floor is a great change of perspective for the daily product development or reworking the new finance plan. 🏃♂️ 🗣 📈 🎤 🤝 It is so valuable to see the enthusiastic reactions of people who hear about Yeda (former YoniCore) and the relevance to their personal lives. 🤩 🏆 My favorite part though, is when men 👴 are approaching our stand and once they see we deal with women's pelvic floor health they are about to turn away saying this is not relevant to them. This is usually when I smile and ask them where their life started, and slowly with a bit of humor, they figure out how women's health plays an important part in their lives. I haven't met any person yet who isn't involved with women they care about. We won the pitch contest at Creators Night! 🏆 I’m thrilled to announce that Yeda was the winner of the pitch competition at last night's Qonto's Creators Night in Berlin! A big thank you to the fantastic organizers from Qonto and Mastercard for a perfectly hosted event. Special shout-out to Saskia Möhn for orchestrating such a seamless evening. The panel discussion was very inspirational, thank you to Gülsah Wilke, Dr. Sophie Chung, Dr. Cihat Cengiz and Theresa Gschwandtner. 🎉 We made it!! 🚀 Our Kickstarter campaign just ended today and we’re filled with immense gratitude as we still cannot really believe that we achieved our goal and even more! Thanks to the incredible support of our backers, believers, and the entire community, this has not just met but surpassed our expectations. Achievements Unlocked: We successfully reached our funding goal, actually we are even over-funded with 105%! The best validation we could have asked for.
