This year, Glatt is celebrating its 70th anniversary. We came together for a big and wonderful summer party to celebrate this appropriately. We can look back on a great event - despite the rain, we did not let it spoil the joy of togetherness. It was a wonderful day where current and former employees came together with their families to celebrate this special milestone. There were lots of fun activities for all ages, such as stone painting, graffiti spraying, a bouncy castle, fire drills from the local fire department and much more. Local organizations supported us throughout the day with catering and various activities. Many thanks to all supporters and of course to the participants who made this day unforgettable. Here are some key factors about the Wurster Process you might not know yet: Quality One of the most significant benefits of the Wurster process is its ability to achieve a uniform and consistent drug layering but also coating application. The unique design of the system, where pellets are suspended in an upward airflow, ensures that the drug and coating solution is evenly distributed across each particle's surface. This uniformity is critical for developing uniform drug loading and applying functional coatings for a tailored and consistent drug release profile.
