#startups #germanaccelerator #innovation

Last week we connected with key stakeholders from Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay in Germany. It was an exciting and enriching experience to welcome three South American countries, all within just one week, and build strong connections. 🇨🇱 We had the pleasure of witnessing the first visit of Chile’s president H.E. Gabriel Boric to Munich. He was accompanied by an esteemed delegation of government officials and impressive entrepreneurs from Chile and Germany, including COLIPI, Flix, Global66, Hydrogenious LOHC, NeoSensing, Berking Biotechnology and Strong by Form. 🇦🇷 In Berlin, Dr. Stefan Drews, representative of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and project manager for German Accelerator, welcomed Diana Mondino and Fernando Brun during Argentinian President Milei's visit to Germany. President Milei and Diana Mondino also met with Chancellor Olaf Scholz in a meeting that emphasized the importance of collaboration in areas such as AI, the knowledge economy, and technological innovation. We also caught up with Tomas Villalba and the team at the Embassy of Argentina in Berlin to learn about Globant’s new hub in the city, led by Sophie Lelarge. 🇺🇾 Beyond that, German Accelerator and Dr. Stefan Drews were thrilled to host Sabrina Sauksteliskis and Ines Bonicelli from the Uruguay Innovation Hub. This initiative is key in strengthening Uruguay’s biotech, deep tech, and climate tech scene and expanding its international network, including a strategic partnership with German Accelerator for South America. We look forward to further strengthening the ties between Germany and our partner countries in South America. Applications are now open for German startups to join us and explore these thriving hubs! #InternationalCollaboration #GermanAccelerator #SouthAmerica #TechInnovation #Germany
