Unlike other electric trucks. the Next Generation eCanter is also compatible with the more cost-effective AC (Alternating Current) charging technology and does not necessarily require the more cost-intensive DC (Direct Current) charging stations, used for high-performance charging. Customer Perspective Incoming! 💡 💡   But let us start from the beginning: Yesterday a team member had a breakdown with her private car. Rescue in the form of the towing service arrived after some waiting.    The good news: Riding in a truck - definitely makes the day a little better. Time to talk to the driver, who sits in the vehicle day after day. 🚚 💬   ❗ The bottom line about the truck he was sitting in? The product wasn't the deciding factor in that purchase. ❗ He had been offered a more appealing truck, which he didn't take because the service wasn't right. He had to register the maintenance six months in advance, which had to be carried out at a certain mileage and operating hours. The contractor's conclusion? Another truck was purchased with a service package that was better suited to the actual purpose. In such an unmanageable field, how is it possible to plan over 6 months in advance when the vehicle will reach the required number of kilometers? 🔧   The learning (which we actually already know :) - thanks for the reminder!) for us as the FUSO team?    Regardless of whether it's an electric vehicle or a diesel truck - the vehicle AND the services around it must meet the customer's requirements.
