Flix announces investment from EQT and Kühne Holding.     Today, we are happy to share that we have new investors embarking on our journey as EQT and Kühne Holding acquire a minority stake of 35% of Flix SE. 🤝In addition to a primary investment in Flix, EQT and Kühne Holding acquire shares from existing shareholders to build a long-term anchor shareholding in Flix.  This investment will further strengthen Flix’s balance sheet and help accelerate the Company’s successful trajectory of profitable growth. 🌱“We are delighted to welcome EQT and Kühne Holding as strong and purpose-driven investors with proven track records of building upon sustainable long-term investment strategies.  🚀Their capital and know-how will be a strong asset to our company's overall strategic vision. 🌈It was a blast celebrating Pride together with many other Flixies during the weekend!    More than 325.000 people attended the celebration in Munich and more than 200 companies were present there to celebrate it, including Flix. It was truly a day of festivities, happiness, love, and simply just fun to participate in the party.   💚💛 Love is Never Wrong and is always for everyone.   In times like these, where growing movements are trying to limit people's freedom, it's more important than ever to state that. Everyone should feel comfortable being who they are, and this is a value we are proud of having at Flix.   👏Our DiversiFlix Employee Resource Group has done a magnificent job organizing our representation at the event, and many internal initiatives to further improve inclusion and diversity at our company, and for that, I want to say thank you.   📸Enjoy a few pictures from the day, this is a case worth standing for!

🌐Today is Europe Day and this year is a special edition as it also marks exactly one month until the European Elections taking place on June 6-9.      Europeans have the very fortunate right to be able to use their votes in elections and democratically decide who is representing them.
