It's that time of the month again – time to celebrate another #ETASshero! 🌟Meet Chiara Fiorini, who works as a Product Manager for Workflow Automation tools at ETAS. She began her journey with ETAS as a Resident Engineer and Customer Support Specialist in Italy. Throughout her career, she has contributed significantly to both ETAS and the development of solutions in the automotive industry. Chiara shares that her motivation comes from the positive atmosphere at ETAS, created by both current and former colleagues. Reflecting on her experiences, she emphasizes the importance of a supportive work environment: "It's always important to have a friendly and encouraging atmosphere. It can make a big difference in how you feel about your job." "ETAS has supported me in many ways throughout my career—from hiring me right after I completed my degree in Italy, to assisting with my move to Germany, and fully supporting me during my pregnancy and maternity leave." ETAS gave her the flexibility to decide when and how to return, along with the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and grow within the company.
