The #TECACOMP LDS compounds are based on #polyaryletherketone (#PEEK), #polyphthalamides (#PPA) or the #liquidcrystalpolymer (#LCP). Ensinger is the only plastics processor in the world that can offer PEEK qualified by LPKF Laser & Electronics AG for the LDS process. The high-performance TECACOMP PEEK LDS is characterised by ✔ Its high temperature resistance up to 300 degrees Celsius. ✔ Very good weld line strength, ✔ good adhesive strength ✔ and good chemical resistance ✔ inherent flamm retardance The compound TECACOMP LCP LDS is particularly suitable for components with very thin walls. The liquid crystalline material LCP is characterised by ✔ very good dimensional stability ✔ high rigidity ✔ good chemical resistivity ✔ good flame-retardant properties. Wir sind stolz auf unseren Kollegen Enes Öcal! 🎉 Nachdem er bereits im letzten Jahr als bester Verfahrensmechaniker Baden-Württembergs ausgezeichnet wurde, erhielt er nun den renommierten Günter-Schwank-Preis. Mit diesem Preis, benannt nach dem Unternehmer und Visionär Günter Schwank, werden bundesweit 𝐝𝐢𝐞 10 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧 zur Kunststofftechnologin und zum Kunststofftechnologen geehrt. Enes und die anderen neun Preisträgerinnen und Preisträger setzten sich unter rund 1.280 Absolventinnen und Absolventen durch. Mit dem mit insgesamt 5.000 Euro dotierten Ausbildungspreis wollen die ausrichtenden Verbände der kunststoffverarbeitenden Industrie unter anderem auf die spannenden und vielfältigen Berufsmöglichkeiten in ihrer Branche aufmerksam machen.
