A Day of Innovation and Team Spirit at ekipa!   Our recent gathering was a perfect blend of innovation, reflection, and team bonding. Here is our review of the progress and our exciting goals for the upcoming quarter:   🔍 Department Highlights: ➡️ Innovation Development: Introduced a new scouting process and launched the new Future Makers program aiming for Employer Branding & Talent Attraction at universities. ➡️ Projects: Completed the Spring Batch qualification phase with strategic adjustments, achieving over 47,500 organic reaches across all channels and receiving 211 submissions. ➡️ Business Development: Successfully implemented the batch structure and launched new strategic projects. ➡️ IT: Made initial platform adjustments and analyzed statistics to enhance performance. ➡️ Marketing: Unveiled recent campaigns and future marketing efforts. ➡️ HR: Restructured the department, aiming to develop teams and attract new talent.   Our Co-CEOs, Justin Gemeri and Nico Heby also shared their reflections and future outlooks. Justin summed it up perfectly: “With Open Innovation on the rise, we're excited to drive its growth and make a lasting impact.”   After a day of strategic discussions, we embraced our core value “Team is key” by enjoying a macramé workshop and capping the day with a delightful meal together.
