The UK based accelerator focuses on startups with a strong potential for carbon impact and decarbonization. 1️⃣ How much carbon can we remove? 2️⃣ How many tons of methane emissions can we avoid? 3️⃣ Which emissions of our own operations do we need to account for? These are just some of the questions we will work on during the 10 week program. We didn’t chose this name by accident, as we are starting to build the largest carbon sink in the world in the Mexican Riviera Maya. 🫶 The Mayan people already knew about the great properties of biochar - they mixed the black material with the soil for improved fertility. 💚 Today, we know that 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭.
