🎈 The anniversary celebrations for 🎉 25 years of BioPark Regensburg 🎉 reached their climax with today's celebration. ✨ Dr. Thomas Diefenthal, General Manager der BioPark Regensburg GmbH welcomed the 150 guests and thanked the founders and companies, the city councilors and the entire BioPark team for their great performance. "Without you, this success would not have been possible!" ✨ Markus Blume, MdL, Bavarian State Ministry for Science and the Arts / Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst gave the keynote speech and thanked the actors of the city and universities in Regensburg for the good cooperation. ✨ The chairwoman of the BioPark Supervisory Board and Lord Mayor of Regensburg of the City of Regensburg/ Stadt Regensburg Gertrud Maltz-Schwarzfischer thanked to the political representatives and all actors for the outstanding performance. ✨ The President of the University of Regensburg / Universität Regensburg Prof. Dr. Udo Hebel recalls the strategy of placing the BioPark directly on the university campus, which is one reason for its great success. 👉 In a panel moderated by Prof. Dr. Michael Nerlich, Prof. Dr. Klaudia Winkler, Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg, Prof. Dr. Georg Stephan Barfuß Stadt Regensburg and CFO BioPark, Prof. Dr. Achim Goepferich, Universität Regensburg, Dr. Thomas Schubert, 2bind and Dr. Thomas Diefenthal CEO BioPark, the participants discussed the innovation driver BioPark yesterday, today and tomorrow. 🚨 Finally, Dr. Diefenthal celebrated the entire BioPark team, including two employees who have been there since the beginning. 👏 THANK YOU! What an atmosphere at the BioPark summer festival on the occasion of the 25th anniversary! The BioPark Team celebrated the shared success story with around 250 participants from companies and tenants in the building. 🎈 Many thanks to Bayern Innovativ GmbH - Healthcare! 🔖 With the innovation network MedtechSUMMIT and Healhcare Regensburg managed by BioPark Regensburg GmbH, we held a successful event in the Jahnarena Regensburg on May 15th with a focus on digital diagnostics. 🚀 Innovative researchers and companies presented application examples of the use of AI in diagnostics. The examples ranged from image analysis and blood analysis to digital biomakers. In a panel discussion, experts discussed the challenges and solutions in using AI for approval (MDR = Medical Device Regulation). The event concluded with a "Spotlight on Startups - new ways to combat diagnostics challenges.
