    𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 (𝗻𝗼𝘁) 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲-𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 💥 Are you a producer of e-mobility batteries but worried about the potential risks explosions? One key factor in preventing battery blow-ups is proper thermal management. And the secret ingredient to effective thermal management? 👉 The right material and the optimum process solution to handle it. From conducting heat away from the batteries to insulating them from external influences (humidity, temperature, vibration,...) - the right material and dispensing process can significantly reduce the risk of thermal runaway. So, what should you look for in a thermal management for your #emobility #batteries? 1️⃣ 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: A material with high thermal conductivity will efficiently dissipate heat away from the batteries, preventing overheating and potential explosions. To dispense higher amounts of this materials, you can choose new, bigger pump sizes, which lead to more output, to make sure that heat is easily dissipated. 3️⃣ 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: The material should be chemically stable to withstand the harsh conditions inside e-mobility batteries without degrading or causing further issues. Therefore it is important to keep the pressure low on the materials. 4️⃣ 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: A good thermal management material should be lightweight and compact to minimize added weight and space in the battery pack.
