Heute haben wir uns in Essen um eine Förderung von Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung beworben. Mit unseren Partnern von Westfälische Hochschule haben wir ein Projekt zu der DATIpilot-Ausschreibung eingereicht. Aus 3000 Projektem wurden 600 ausgewählt, die in Roadshows vorgestellt werden. Darunter auch unser Projekt MammaAR. Einige Projekte haben heute sofort die Zusage erhalten. Unser Projekt war leider nicht dabei. Es werden aber weitere 150 Projekte per Losverfahren im Februar 2024 für die Förderung ausgewählt. Wir sind weiterhin gespannt und hoffen, dass wir dann im Februar mit unserem Projekt starten können. 🎉 Fantastic News: Our “KMU Innovativ Medizintechnik” Research Grant Advances to the Next Stage! 🚀 October is breast cancer awareness month and we are extremely delighted to share that our research project for real-time segmentation of breast tumors, in collaboration with Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen, has been selected for funding and progressed into the next stage of the application process. “KMU Innovativ Medizintechnik” is a grant initiative by Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (German Federal Ministry of Education and Research). The grant initiative supports development of innovative technologies in partnerships between SMEs and academic institution. The funded project is the next step in our journey to bring ultrasound into every breast cancer surgery. This will substantially improve the clinical and aesthetic outcome.
