️⃣ The majority of PLEs are new, especially in global majority countries.
️⃣ There are geographic gaps in Latin America and Asia.
️⃣ Hyper-local and workplace improvement are new focuses for many PLEs.
️⃣ Despite climate being a major issue, there are currently no PLEs focused on bridging climate action into politics.

️⃣ Few organizations work to support newly elected leaders.
