🚀 Unternehmergeist: AMW GmbHs Basis für kontinuierliches Wachstum und das Kernthema unseres letzten Leadership Offsite Zu Beginn stand eine interaktive Bestandsaufnahme zu unserem Unternehmergeist, wie er bereits in unsere Arbeit einfließt und wo noch mehr davon nützlich wäre. 💡 Inspirierende Impulse Ein Höhepunkt war der Impulsvortrag von The Mindset Challenger, Daniel Hartweg, in dem er eindrucksvoll erklärte, wie eine Firma zu einer High Performing Organisation wird. Seine Einsichten motivieren uns, unsere eigene Reise fortzusetzen und dabei auch neue Wege in der Weiterentwicklung von AMW zu gehen. Am zweiten Tag durften wir von Dr. Peter Heinrich lernen, einem Serien-Unternehmer, der eine Reihe erfolgreicher Biotech-Unternehmen in Europa mitgegründet hat. Seine Erfahrungen und Erfolge waren für uns äußerst inspirierend und haben uns gezeigt, was mit einer unternehmerischen Denkweise alles möglich ist. 📝 Persönliches Commitment: Wir sind bereit, AMW in die Zukunft zu führen Am Schluss stand das persönliche Commitment jeder teilnehmenden Führungskraft, wie sie selbst zu mehr Unternehmergeist bei AMW beitragen wird. Wir sind gespannt, wie gut das Teamwork klappt!   Die Ausbildung junger Menschen liegt uns sehr am Herzen, denn sie sind die Fachkräfte von morgen. Bei AMW GmbH geht’s hoch hinaus Nicht nur der Umsatz ist auf Rekordniveau (👉 https://lnkd.in/dgW9-Fjx), auch die Anzahl an Kolleginnen und Kollegen ist im Vergleich zum Vorjahr bereits um 10% gewachsen. Um diesen Höhenflug gebührend zu feiern, ging es auch beim Mitarbeiterausflug zum Wendelstein für das AMW-Team hoch hinaus. 🚂🎉Wir füllten für den entspannten Aufstieg auch direkt eine eigene Zahnradbahn, da sich so gut wie niemand unseren Ausflug entgehen lassen wollte. Anschließend konnten sich unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen beim Hasenöhrl-Hof bei verschiedenen sportlichen und spielerischen Aktivitäten wie Bogenschießen, Cross Golf, Volleyball und Bierkästen stapeln austoben – keiner musste, aber jeder konnte, und am Ende haben alle mitgemacht. 🏹🏌️♂️🏐 Auch kulinarisch wurden wir mit BBQ und Kaiserschmarrn verwöhnt 😋 Unser AMW-Team hat wieder einmal Engagement und Motivation auf allen Ebenen bewiesen! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an alle, die diesen Tag so besonders gemacht haben! 💪👥 #TeamBuilding #Betriebsausflug #Wendelstein #AMWTeam
