🌱 We're excited to announce that our Italian team took a big step on our environmental journey yesterday! In collaboration with Plastic Free, we organized a clean-up in San Siro, Milan, where our dedicated team members rolled up their sleeves to remove 410 kg of plastic and waste. 💪 Divided into three teams, we turned the clean-up into a friendly competition to see who could collect the most weight of waste. And the result? A cleaner San Siro and a stronger team! Congratulations to the winning team for their incredible effort. Breakfast for champions = AI Breakfast Club is on! 🥐 This time, team members from Munich, Spain and the Netherlands gave valuable insights into the transformative power of #AI in #claims. During the session, we took a deep dive into claims flows at AZ Direct and presented our #innovative use of AI in different areas of claims processing. One highlight was the high-performance use case from Spain, where we implemented an AI model to detect multiple claims with one clients. Since its launch in January, this model has proven to be extremely effective, supporting hundreds of claims in just three months! 🚀 But that's not all – we use machine learning to predict the likelihood of a legal action at different stages of the claims handling process and manage them pro-actively.   This journey would not have been possible without the collective strength of our teams across all countries, which underlines the importance of seamless collaboration between business and IT - one of the key components of our culture. 🤝 Many thanks to our great presenters Christie Jones, Enrique Diez-Ordás de Cadenas Diez and Gertjan van den Bos and to Birgit Bacher for hosting this session live from Milan. #allianzdirect #digitallyunbeatable #AI #AIBreakfastClub
