BPOs have been known for promoting DEI culture from day one. Continuous dialogue brings out thoughts, and ideas and fosters the bond between parties involved as they get opportunity to voice thoughts in the dynamic environment of BPOs. Regular interaction provides different perspectives and creates a learning culture. For BPOs it's very important as people from different geographical boundaries communities, and ideologies work in an environment that is different from regular 9-5 jobs.
