Being "green & young" in a very successful & rapidly progressing career I had to constantly remind myself that MANY of my, not only co-workers, industry colleagues were older, skilled and knowledgeable in areas in which I was still gaining experience. It took a few attempts but I tried asking my collective group "who has specific experience in this?" and "do any of ya'll have a founded idea for a starting point?" I'd remind myself again to shut up and listen and take notes (adding my thoughts) then open it for actions/plans to add TO the already formulating work path. Next were alternate suggestions *even just theory or guesstimates not yet realized. Nothing, ever, has been a success without corrections. They shined & bonded; I grew!

Una vez en el trabajo me tocaba salir de descanso, dejando en claro el objetivo de las actividades en mi ausencia y dando oportunidad a que ellos eligieran como realizarlas, siempre y cuando se cumplieran. No fue así, no se logró lo esperado, la información era incompleta y confusa. A la semana de haber llegado, volvimos a coordinar el mismo objetivo y esta vez, yo las dividí y dejé que eligieran si iniciar de punto A o punto B, el objetivo era llegar al otro lado y cada equipo coordinarse, y fue un éxito. Que aprendí que, todas las opiniones suman, y que dando libertad a que todos hagan los suyo está bien, solo que NO siempre funciona, debe de haber un Objetivo dividido en tareas, y asignando un plan a efectuar.

Es por eso, que en diversas ocasiones pido que, me vuelvan a decir el objetivo de las actividades o bien, que me describan los procesos (según el caso) o bien, que ellos me digan que es lo que harán para "una u otra" actividad y me expliquen, con ello lograr que se puedan retroalimentar entre todos y saber que se habla dentro de un mismo canal, para lograr el objetivo o bien simplemente estar por enterados lo que se tiene
