The DC Health Pharmacy Benefits Program provides HIV-related prescription drugs to under-insured and uninsured individuals living with HIV/AIDS in DC. This Program includes the DC AIDS Drug Assistance Program (DC ADAP). DC ADAP is one of several methods by which DC provides vital HIV/AIDS medications for some of its most vulnerable populations.

It’s important to note that once accepted into the Pharmacy Benefits Program that recertification every six months is required after initial enrollment.

Who is Eligible for DC Pharmacy Benefits
In order to be eligible for the Pharmacy Benefits Program individuals must:
- Provide proof of residency (District of Columbia Residents Only)
- Complete a medical eligibility form
- Ensure you meet requirements if applying for the
