    VGP’s 10M trading update has been published today. A record of € 64.9 million of new and renewed leases were signed, bringing the annualised committed leases to € 394.3 million. In addition, over the last week terms on multiple leases exceeding € 16 million in rental income have been formally agreed, increasing the annualised committed leases to above € 410 million. 17 projects have been delivered at prime locations across Europe, and a further 36 projects are under construction. The acquisition of strategic land opportunities across Europe, combined with the potential of our existing land bank and newly contracted rental growth, are the drivers for VGP’s advanced ambitions.     Today, we are delighted to announce the completion of the first stage of the construction for Mobis Spain Electrified Powertrain S.L.'s new battery assembly plant at VGP Park Pamplona Noáin (Navarra). The installation of the roof and façade for the main module, spanning 25,000 m2, has been successfully finished, achieving watertightness. The construction remains on schedule, with final completion expected in the first half of 2025. We were honored to celebrate this achievement alongside distinguished guests, including Mikel Irujo, Regional Minister of Industry and Ecological and Digital Business Transition for Navarra, Sebastián Marco, Mayor of Noáin, Javier Morales, VGP Operations Country Manager and Dirk Mittermüller, VGP Commercial Country Manager.     Last week, our VGP Austria team proudly handed over the keys to a new warehouse to Barsan Global Logistics at VGP Park Laxenburg! Barsan, a global leader in integrated logistics services, has now moved into their new facility, which spans 7,000 m². This space will support their extensive forwarding and logistics activities for both local and long-distance transport. In line with our commitment to sustainable building, the facility is aiming for ÖGNI Gold certification. VGP Park Laxenburg offers state-of-the-art Class A semi-industrial buildings in a prime location, strategically situated just south of Vienna in the Lower Austria South Industrial Zone (IZ NÖ-Süd) — the largest commercial area in Austria.     Proud to announce that VGP has received the DGNB Platinum certification for four buildings at VGP Park Munich! This prestigious recognition by the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council highlights our commitment to sustainable development. The DGNB Platinum certification, awarded to production halls B, C, E and office building F of this build-to-suit project for KraussMaffei, acknowledges our dedication to high-quality and eco-friendly commercial real estate. We’re also thrilled to have received the EU Taxonomy certificate for these buildings, further emphasizing our efforts towards sustainability. This achievement brings our total to five DGNB Platinum awards across Germany, in addition to 23 Gold certificates.     Our French team is happy to report that building A at our VGP Park Rouen is aiming for the BREEAM Excellent certification, committed to reducing its environmental footprint while offering a healthy and sustainable living environment. Built on a brownfield, it contributes to the fight against soil artificialisation and is designed to high sustainability standards : low-carbon concrete slabs, building heating with heat pumps, reinforced thermal insulation and airtightness. A photovoltaic installation is going to produce more than 2,5 MWp covering the available roof area while the building is offering a number of solutions, such as electric vehicle recharging and rainwater recovery. The building is also aiming for the EU Taxonomy verification, and for the BiodiverCity® label concerning its biodiversity ambitions. The project reinvents natural habitats with over 70% native species, and its high-quality landscaping is in line with the continuity of the Business Park's landscaped areas. The plant palette, rich in resources for insects, birds and small mammals, is complemented by specific features such as hibernacula, cottages, nest boxes and an insect hotel.     Did you already find out that our first project in Croatia is located in Zagreb? VGP Park Zagreb is strategically located on an area of 94,997 m2 at only 10 km from Croatia’s capital city centre and only 15 minutes from the international airport. In this park, Verne, co-founded by the Croatian automotive visionary Mate Rimac, leases 28,500 m2 to do something very big: develop the vehicles for its flagship urban autonomous mobility project. The result? A spacious, comfortable, and practical yet luxurious robotaxi, specialised infrastructure, and a mobility service platform, to be launched from the Croatian capital.     Delighted to announce the launch of our latest solar installation, on the roof of the Faiveley Transport Czech (Wabtec Corporation) hall at VGP Park Pilsen. The energy efficiency of our portfolio is among VGP’s top priorities, providing sustainable solutions and supporting our tenants’ operational needs. As part of this latest project, 1,739 solar panels have been installed, consumed directly on-site and covering approximately 20% of client’s overall consumption. From an environmental perspective, this installation enables the savings of 397 tonnes of CO2 emissions, corresponding to the equivalent of 18,239 planted trees.
