🚰 We take water for granted as part of our lives, at least in our region. Without it, there would be no life🌳, so it is good to pause from time to time and reflect on how we use it, how much we have and how we can manage it better. A drop of water💧is like a drop of blood ❤️.

On the solstice🌞day, thanks to Jakub Ditrich and his ekolo.cz ELEKTROKOLA , we traditionally went on a 🚴♀️ cycling trip to one of the most beautiful parts of Prague, Divoká Šárka and Šárecké údolí. The peloton was led by Jakub and closed by Karel Klima, thanks to whom we did not lose any participant on the way, we all rode the same route and finally arrived together to the showroom around, where we had beautifully chilled drinks 🍺 and were initiated into not only the technical secrets of the world of⚡electric bikes 🚴♂️ .

🇨🇭 2 - 1 🇨🇿 Yesterday was extremely exciting❗Even score throughout, brisk hockey and a game of nerves at the end during the shootout. The Swiss Ambassador Philip Guex and HST President Marek Prochazka came to watch the game. Before the game, the punk band Kašpárek v Rohlíku provided the right atmosphere 👏 on the roof of the Harfa department store.  Thanks to Swiss Embassy🇨🇭 we could also watch the live broadcast of the match here.

On the eve of Beltane 🧙♀️, have you ever set pots 🥘 and pans 🍳 on fire to conjure up a Swiss culinary gem 🇨🇭❓The talented team of chefs at HST have 🤝 ! We indulged in an evening and gourmet experience with award-winning 🏆 chef and Nestlé Olympic Culinary Team member Dusan Svoboda. 🇨🇿 Together we cooked a three-course menu in the charming atmosphere of Studio Olakala. We kicked off the event with sabrage ⚔ 🍾 , bravely taken on by Jan Knyttl, cooked typical Swiss recipes with raclette 🧀, chestnut vermicelli with cherries and sampled delicious Swiss wines 🍷 and Fassbind Destillerie brandy🥃 .   Thank you to our member and partner ULTRA PREMIUM BRANDS CENTRAL EUROPE for the collaboration and excellent tasting of Fassbind brandy.
